After 2 years of the Pandemic, the unrest in 2021, and now the recent floods in KwaZulu/Natal, many of us are reliving trauma, many are at breaking point. PTSD Is real, mental health is important. And it is ok to choose to step back, to not engage, to take care of yourself first.
